Sento Flow is the yoga and meditation division of the Sento Health club in the Jordaan. The studio has a relaxing and atmospheric feel with lovely views. When the weather is good lessons are also done on the beautiful rooftop area. The class sizes are kept to small groups in order to maximise the personal attention.
