Colibrí Gastro Bar Amsterdam exists due to a long set of fortunate circumstances. The owners Carlotta and Alex met in a restaurant in London and shared their mutual passion for good food. The menu is a collection of their favourite food and drinks for your enjoyment. They only use the very freshest ingredients, all organic and from the best sources.
