Saodat Ismailova

Saodat Ismailova has a new exhibition at The Eye. Called 18000 worlds, it is an insight into the myths and hidden worlds of Central Asia. The artist is an award-winning filmmaker for her work. 18000 Worlds is the first major retrospective of her work. The artist uses a lots of archival footage, which also highlights her region’s turbulent political landscape too. Saodat lives in Paris and Tashkent.
