Carmina Burana Ballet

Carmina Burana Ballet is a joy for all fans of the art form. The ballet, choir and orchestra of the Russian National Opera will perform this masterpiece at Carre Amsterdam in February. Orff’s masterpiece was a sensation when it opened for the first time in 1937. The central themes are life, death, power, love and lust. The songs are performed in Latin. the ballet begins with the ‘O Fortuna. It also famously ends with that piece too. Over 100 soloists will be singing. Carmina Burana will be stunning.
