Bilingual and Bicultural – how you and your kids can make the most of living in the Netherlands. Relocating to another country and settling in can be a difficult affair. Even more so when you start a new job, have to find a house and locate useful services. Then there is the language issue and if you have kids it’s even more complicated. You’ll all need to adapt to life in your new home country. This is a 2 part seminar and expert partners will share tips and tricks in order to help you settle quicker. Settling in socially and Raising bilingual children
In the first part of the seminar Young Expat Services will discuss raising bilingual children.

Then another IN partner ACCESS will deal with the social aspects of settling in the Amsterdam Area. ACCESS’s international has a full team of volunteers who provide advice and support for newcomers to the Netherlands. They’ll share a whole host of tips to help you get involved in your local community, build up a social network and develop a better understanding of Dutch culture and traditions.
