Avenue Q Musical Comedy

Avenue Q Musical Comedy is coming to Amsterdam for a nice run at Het Amsterdam Theaterhuis. This production won a Triple Tony award! It was for best musical, best book ad best score. Therefore it must be amazing! Avenue Q tells the timeless story of a recent college graduate trying to find his way in the world. Based in New York City all the way out on Avenue Q.  We meet Princeton as he struggles through life. This includes, finding love, losing love, and finding it again, along the way. Inspired by the beloved children’s show Sesame Street, Avenue Q creates a puppet-filled world that is a little more reflective of the realities that we face when we learn that real life isn’t as simple as we dreamed it might be. Note: although featuring puppets, Avenue Q is for ADULTS ONLY, featuring mature topics, brassy language, and an onstage portrayal of puppet sex.
